Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) are looking for a Treasury administrator to join our treasury department

The role entails processing all aspects of petty cash and expense and mileage claims, ensure that they are available for payment in a timely manner and in accordance with the company policy

Some of the main duties include:

  • To accurately and efficiently process all electronic petty cash claims in accordance with company policy
  • Audit and file all claims, resolving queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations on time in full
  • Have an understanding of HMRC guidelines on expenses and benefits
  • To accurately and efficiently process all expense and mileage claims in accordance with company policy
  • To accurately and efficiently process payments in accordance with company policy

37.5 hours per week start time will vary as we cover 8 am to 5 pm.
