Nationwide opportunities

They say there’s no place like home. As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner, you’ll have a huge part to play in making sure that’s true for all our residents. For you, it all starts with unique hands-on training – after which, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a real expert. From administering medications and taking blood pressure, to putting care plans into practice, you’ll support our nurses, and in turn, they’ll continually support you. As the bridge between our nursing and care teams, you’ll thrive on the chance to quickly develop your clinical skills, confidence and career within care – whether that’s into nursing, management or both.

Everyone here is focused on making sure our residents feel settled, secure and right at home from the moment they arrive. As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner, that’s when you’ll know that you’ve arrived too, as you do this in all sorts of ways. This role could be the springboard towards becoming a nurse or manager. Or, you might love the role exactly as it is. After all, it’s incredibly rewarding. It has status. It has challenges. It has responsibility. And above all, it has the scope to make an even bigger difference to people’s quality of life.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for very experienced Care Assistants (12 months or more) that have already achieved or are working towards a Level 3 qualification in Health in Social Care.
