We are looking for a Social Media Manager to design, implement and drive the Four Seasons Health Care social media recruitment strategy, focusing on enhanced brand awareness, increased engagement and candidate attraction. The role of the Social Media Manager will be split between the day to day delivery, content and creativity across various channels and analytics.

 

Job Requirements

You will be responsible for creating compelling content that fits with our values and employer brand to generate quality and quantity of interest across a variety of applicant types. You will manage multiple social media and digital channels to communicate with followers, respond to enquiries in a timely manner and monitor feedback. Working as part of the recruitment team, you will support the overall attraction strategy and work closely with third party suppliers to enhance the Four Seasons Health Care brand.

 This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience in developing and managing social media strategies with proven positive outcomes, who is passionate about the area and has in-depth knowledge of and interest in current developments and trends affecting online media and digital technologies.
