Four Seasons Group are looking for a Regional Administrator to support the Regional Office and regional team with administrative duties, to ensure the smooth and efficient operations within in a fast paced office environment.

The role is primarily based at our Regional Office in Kingswinford but occasional travel may be required.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing clerical support and maintain office systems, including word processing, photocopying, scanning, filing and data inputting.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Taking incoming calls, providing a focal point for visitors to the Regional Office, and telephone enquirers, promoting a positive image and customer service approach.
  • Updating and maintaining records.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the Regional Team
  • Assist with arranging meetings and conference calls
  • Attending meetings when requested, prepare for meeting and take minutes of meetings
  • To familiarise yourself with, uphold and adhere to the company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain resident and employee confidentiality and privacy in line with Information Governance.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation and dispatch of management information to Head Office as requested.
  • Collate data as required and liaise with internal/external customers as directed.
  • Ensure payroll amendments, mileage forms, expenses forms etc. are signed off, sent to payroll and filed for our records.
  • Be flexible and willing to undertaken other such duties as maybe required.
