We are looking for a competent Regional Admin Support to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Intermediate Care Team in a well-organised and timely manner. You will work on a one to one basis on a variety of tasks related to Four Seasons Health Care Intermediate Care Team as well as link in with teams across the business.


Job Requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide support with administrative tasks whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with the gathering of information, the production of required reports and develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Assist with the recruitment of staff within the Intermediate Care services, liaising with the HR Business Partner and Regional Recruitment Manager
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Respond to telephone calls and redirect calls as necessary
  • Make travel arrangements for members of the team
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Occasional travel may be required to support at Intermediate Care Team meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of Word Processing, Word, Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to produce reports
  • Understand and effectively use IT and communication systems required for the role
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
