Job Purpose

As Four Seasons Health Care’s Overseas Resourcing Officer, you will be a pivotal member of the recruitment team supporting the selection and employment of overseas nurses in the business.
Reporting to the Overseas Resourcing Lead, you will engage with applicants and suppliers to recruit talented international nurses, enable the attraction of high quality candidates and support their appointment across the business.

This role is to cover maternity leave for a duration of 6 months.

Key Tasks 

1. Work with the Overseas Resourcing Lead and Overseas Candidate Coordinator to recruit nurses for the whole FSHC care home network

2. Ensure all elements of overseas recruitment and selection activities are conducted effectively and promptly.

3. Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and work with internal customers to understand their overseas resourcing requirements.

4. Maintaining good working relationships with external suppliers.

5. Source applicants through job boards, direct applications and agency submissions.

6. Screen CVs, interview candidates through video calls and identify suitable care homes for employment to schedule interviews with clinical members of staff.

7. Supervise the current English Language pilots for overseas nurses, maintaining a good relationships with external language providers and providing regular updates to the business

8. Attend overseas recruitment video events to interview candidates with clinical members of staff.

9. Provide assistance for post hiring issues to homes and regions.

This role has no direct line management or budgetary responsibilities.

Job Requirements


1. Proven work experience in Resourcing or Recruitment is essential
2. Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a strong advantage
3. Flexibility to travel 
4. Excellent telephone manners and confidence in building relationships with stakeholders across the business 
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

7. Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with video calling applications
