Job Title:  Internal Recruiter - Care
Location:  Glasgow Business Park, Baillieston
Hours per Week: 40

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join the resourcing function here at Four Seasons Health Care. You will support and assist in the recruitment and selection of care vacancies throughout Scotland. This is a proactive role which requires the use of innovative attraction and advertising techniques such as social media channels, ATS, networking and attending professional events to actively engage with both passive and active job seekers.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will provide an effective resourcing service which enables the attraction of high quality candidates and to support on the recruitment and appointment of talented people across the business.

The Role:

  • Proactively searching for suitable talent via job boards/CV databases.
  • Mass Recruitment & selection process- this will include reviewing and shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews & candidate management
  • Updating & operating ATS (Applicant Tracking System) effectively
  • Being the first point of contact for prospective candidates, dealing with questions and queries in regards to the application process
  • Attending and conducting Recruitment Open Days in order to attract potential candidates
  • Providing meaningful and accurate MI data
  • Working with external agencies in order to source candidates
  • Provide general administration support to the wider regional team

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

The preferred candidate will have extensive experience as an Internal Recruiter and be used to working to fast and demanding deadlines.  Being creative in your approach to generating candidates will be key, alongside strong reporting and IT skills.  In addition, the Internal Recruiter must have strong stakeholder management skills.
