Four Seasons Health Care are looking for an interim HR Business Partner (HRBP) for 9 – 12 months maternity cover. The HRBP will be responsible for leading and championing the people strategy, operationalising it in partnership with the Regional Managing Director and their senior operations team in a way that fits regional plans and priorities.

 

Job Requirements

The successful applicant:

• Will be a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) or equivalent experience
• Will have up to date knowledge of current Human Resources issues and awareness of broader developments in the field.
• Possess Operational planning, management and business process skills
• Have proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs.
• Have knowledge of organisational development, succession planning and talent management.
• Have experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing strategy, policy or operational plans across a large multi-site organisation
• Have strong communication and influencing skills with a drive to deliver results.
• Be highly organised and able to deal with a range of competing priorities in the delivery of high quality services
