To provide support to the Digital Learning Team with administrative duties ensuring Care and Ancillary employees are inducted into the business in an efficient, timely and compliant manner. Working within customer focused environment, effectively responding to queries and administrative demands.

 

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Working alongside the Digital Learning Team supporting the learning journey of new starters once they begin their induction
  • Administration of the Learning & Development inbox, categorisation of responses needed and first response to eLearning queries both in email and by telephone
  • Managing internal spreadsheets to ensure the induction progress is effectively tracked
  • Liaising directly with new starters with their induction details via the Learning & Development inbox
  • Supporting new learners with using the Learning Management System (LMS) as a first point of call
  • Supporting the administration of the GoTo Webinar Training sessions for the Induction and wider L&D training need

The post holder will also need to be a natural team worker with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as being someone who is keen to ‘get the job done’ and enjoys working in a fast paced learning environment.
