So as the Datix Technician/Trainer what do you need to do to make this happen?

You will facilitate the continued operation, maintenance and development of the Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) risk management IT systems.

You will resolve technical queries and make changes to system configuration in order to ensure ongoing operation and use of risk management IT systems.

You will act as an advisor regarding risk systems, providing support, advice and guidance at all levels, in relation to technical and procedural issues.

You will ensure that all areas of FSHC have the required level of access to the systems, and to monitor compliance with company policies which mandate the use of those systems.

You will provide training to users, providing them with an appropriate level of knowledge for their needs.

You will ensure that a high standard of data quality is maintained by all users, and to promote improvements where required.

You will work closely with the Risk Management Director, the Datix Manager, Head of Quality, Head of Health and Safety, Complaints Officer and others to ensure that risk management IT systems meet the internal needs of the group, and external legislative requirements.

This role can be based out of our Wilmslow or Darlington offices.


Job Requirements

In order to achieve this Datix Technician/Trainer should have:

You must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English Language at Grade C or above. A qualification in compliance / risk management at an entry level is desirable and you must be literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. You will have excellent IT skills and have experience of using databases.

You will have the ability to analyse problems and propose solutions and effectively prioritise your workload. Strong Customer Service skills are also essential. Experience and understanding of risk administration is desirable.

You must have the ability to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.

Experience of working in a large multi-site business would be an advantage.
