Brighterkind and Four Seasons Health Care are looking for a Care Support Manager to support a region of our Care Homes. We are currently to recruit a Regional Care Support Manager. This role covers Yorkshire to Northumberland.

About the role

  • The role is to work on site across key areas in the region to provide practical support in delivering key care quality actions.
  • Delivering care quality improvement at the point of delivery including care plan management and development, audit and action oversight, and meeting outcomes in line with deadlines set.
  • Managing complaint investigations, overseeing governance and implementing learnings and best practices. Providing onsite and remote support to achieve regulatory compliance and excellent care outcomes. Supporting in preparing for and undertaking regulatory inspections.

Job Requirements

  • Senior elderly care professional with 2+ years' experience managing teams and delivering service improvements across a variety of settings Nurse qualification RGN/RMN is not essential, but desirable.
  • Able to travel to multiple locations as the role requires.
  • Positive and optimistic, up for a challenge and solution focused, not just flagging problems.
  • Experience of meeting standards provided by the Care Inspectorate and local authority.
