Our people have to be special to do the jobs they do. Our work is challenging but immensely rewarding. In recognition of this, Four Seasons Health Care have developed a comprehensive training and development programme. This ensures we attract the best teams and keep them.

All newly appointed team members complete a thorough induction programme delivered by our experienced team within the home. The training team co-ordinate all practical technical training to ensure individuals have the necessary mandatory training before they start work. In addition to this, we employ a number of care quality facilitators in each region who provide specialist training and support.

Following induction, the Workforce Development Team provide continual training and support to team members, providing opportunities for further skill development. This covers all aspects of learning and development, quality Improvement, management development, leadership development and clinical training.
