Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) are looking for a Senior Purchase Ledger Administrator to assist in the efficient running of the Purchase Ledger, based at our office in Darlington.

The main duties of the role involve:

  • To be responsible for direct debit posting and direct debit allocations
  • To ensure the accurate and timely resolution of all enquiries from both external and internal sources and ensure relevant parties are updated
  • To be responsible for the journal upload process
  • To carry out and assist in the payment run process
  • To be responsible for the reconciliation of supplier statements
  • To be responsible for supplier database maintenance; to keep it updated and accurate at all times by processing new suppliers, supplier account amendments and supplier account closures
  • To ensure professional and accurate information is communicated to both internal and external sources, within agreed timeframes
  • To assist the Purchase Ledger Manager with month-end and year-end reporting
