An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join the Clinical Recruitment Team at Four Seasons Health Care. This is a proactive candidate focused role reporting to the Clinical Recruitment Team Manager.

The successful candidate will support the Clinical Recruitment Team in identifying and sourcing talent for the business against current vacancies, providing an effective resourcing support service across all regions.

 

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Working closely with the Clinical Recruiters to support them in ensuring we connect with the best talent.
  • Source and select candidates, utilising social media, job board’s and CV databases to directly source candidates
  • Help build of talent pools to ensure a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles.
  • Provide a great candidate experience through the candidate journey.
  • Identify skills to match appropriately against requirements
  • Updating Applicant Tracking System effectively
  • Being a point of contact for prospective candidates, dealing with questions and queries in regards to the application process
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively
  • Attending and supporting at Recruitment Open Days in order to attract potential candidates
  • Building relationships with existing candidates in order to understand their needs and generate referrals.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a resourcing, recruitment or lead generation environment.
  • A genuine desire to source and match the right candidate to the right role.
  • Experience of working to timescales and targets.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to use and display initiative.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
