An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join the Clinical Recruitment Team at Four Seasons Health Care. This is a proactive candidate focused role reporting to the Clinical Recruitment Team Manager, supporting the Internal Recruitment Team by providing an effective resourcing support service across all regions.

 

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and select candidates using various recruitment channels
  • Identify skills to match appropriately against requirements
  • Updating Applicant Tracking System effectively
  • Being a point of contact for prospective candidates, dealing with questions and queries in regards to the application process
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively
  • Administration support across the Internal Recruitment team
  • Attending and supporting at Recruitment Open Days in order to attract potential candidates
  • General office duties including answering Telephones, dealing with general enquires etc.
